A film by the Immortality Institute that explores various aspects of extreme life extension including cryonics (cryogenics), caloric restriction, transhumanism, and other scientific pursuits of extreme life extension. Enjoy!! :-)

Thanks for the thumbnail, which I still don’t know how to attach, but also for the seed of awareness that brought me to these novel [but realistic ans so interesting] matters!:)

Usually a video has a thumbnail somewhere in the video page.
Basically what you need to get is the URL address of the Image. That is the address to where the image is stored.
In Internet Explorer:
You right-click the image you want, and select properties from the menu. Then you select and copy the text in the Address (URL) section of the properties window. Thats it.
In firefox:
You only right click an image and select View Image. Aftwards all you need to do is copy the URL of that image.
Once you've copied the URL to memory, all you need to do is to Paste that address in the Thumbnail box.
Easy, huh? You should try it.
Usually images end in .gif, .jpg and .png. :)
